See what exists before we discuss what to build.

Every pipeline is labelled by what it is today. Operational means it runs in our current environment. Demo means working software with sample data. Built for you means a designed system that still requires client-specific integration.

01Operational now

A real backend and data path running inside the current operating environment.

02Working demo

Real interactive software using sample records, clearly separated from a live client deployment.

03Built for you

A fully mapped workflow configured against your systems, permissions and approval owners.

Operational systems

Start with workflows we can already show.

These systems demonstrate the operating model: specialised stages, bounded access, review points and measurable outputs.

01 · OPERATIONAL SYSTEMOperational now

Content Operations

A controlled agent chain moves an approved topic through research, structure, drafting, editing, quality checks and publishing preparation. Nothing is released until an accountable reviewer approves it.

  • A reviewed content package with its research, revisions, quality findings and approval state kept together.
  • Publication authority remains with a named reviewer. An agent cannot approve its own output.
  • No fabricated customer outcome or automatic outreach claim.

Lead Generation

This operational pipeline researches public business sources, enriches candidate companies, removes duplicates and records verification signals. It prepares a reviewable prospect dataset; it does not send outreach.

  • A portable prospect dataset with source context, fit signals, exclusions and contactability checks.
  • The sales owner decides whether a record is appropriate and whether any later contact is permitted.
  • No fabricated customer outcome or automatic outreach claim.

Working demo · sample data

Talk to the Voice Receptionist.

The working demonstration handles natural-language questions, checks sample service and availability records, and prepares booking actions while transferring uncertain or sensitive cases to staff.

  • Natural-language intake through speech or text.
  • Approved knowledge and availability retrieval.
  • Explicit staff handoff for uncertainty and exceptions.

Controlled architecture

Speed comes from the pipeline. Trust comes from the boundaries.

The model is only one component. Each implementation combines deterministic rules, contextual retrieval, specialised agents, approval ownership and observable writes.

01 · INTAKE

Signals enter

Forms, messages, documents and system events become structured work items.

02 · CONTEXT

Approved knowledge

The pipeline retrieves only the sources and records placed in scope.

03 · AGENTS

Work is prepared

Specialised stages classify, research, draft, check and propose actions.

04 · AUTHORITY

People decide

High-impact and uncertain actions pause for an accountable reviewer.

05 · EXECUTION

Writes are traced

Approved actions reach business systems through restricted integrations.

Client-controlled deployment

The orchestration layer can be designed for infrastructure the client owns or controls. Exact hosting and model-provider flows are documented in scope.

Memory is optional, not implied

Cross-task memory is introduced only when the workflow needs it and retention, access, provenance and deletion rules have been agreed.

Restricted credentials

Each integration receives the smallest practical access surface. Agents do not need broad standing authority to every system.

Audit before autonomy

Inputs, proposed actions, approvals and write results are retained at the level required to explain what happened.

Delivery model

Move from one painful workflow to a controlled system.

We begin with the operating constraint, not an AI novelty. Scope becomes implementation only after the automation boundary and decision owners are explicit.

Map

Document the process, systems, exceptions, owners and current evidence.

Design

Define agent stages, deterministic rules, access and human approval gates.

Build

Integrate against test data, exercise edge cases and verify every write path.

Operate

Release in controlled stages, monitor outcomes and refine known exceptions.

Buyer questions

Understand the boundary before buying the automation.

What is GLOBYNE OS AGENT?

GLOBYNE OS AGENT is C RHYNE Holdings’ controlled workflow automation offering. It combines specialised AI agents, business rules, integrations, approval gates and audit records around a defined operating process.

Which systems are operational now?

Content Operations and Lead Generation are operational in the current internal environment. The Voice Receptionist is working software using sample business data. The remaining eleven pages are deployment blueprints configured and integrated for each client.

What does “Built for you” mean?

It means the workflow design exists, but it is not presented as a current client deployment. We scope it against your systems, permissions, data, exceptions and approval owners before implementation.

Can agents make irreversible decisions by themselves?

Not by default. High-impact, ambiguous or policy-sensitive actions are routed to an accountable person. The exact approval boundary is written into the implementation scope.

Where can the system run?

Deployment can be designed for infrastructure the client owns or controls, subject to the systems and model providers selected. External model inference and data flows are documented rather than hidden.

Does every deployment include shared long-term memory?

No. Shared memory is an optional architecture module. It is introduced only when the workflow needs cross-task recall and when access, retention, provenance and deletion rules have been agreed.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on integration access, workflow complexity, data readiness and approval requirements. Discovery produces a bounded implementation plan before build commitments are made.

Do you guarantee savings or business outcomes?

No. We define measurable targets and instrument the workflow, but we do not invent ROI, performance or client-result claims before evidence exists.

Start with one process

Where does your team lose time every week?

Bring us one repeated process, the systems it touches and the decision that must remain human. We will map the safest useful version of the workflow.
