Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information C RHYNE Holdings receives through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Effective and last updated: 13 August 2026
Who is responsible
C RHYNE Holdings, based in Bangkok, Thailand, is responsible for information submitted through crhyneholdings.com. Privacy requests can be sent to contact@crhyneholdings.com.
Information we receive
- Information you enter in an inquiry, consultation, partnership, investor, or newsletter form, such as your name, business email, organisation, phone number, role, interests, and message.
- Messages you send to the AI-assisted support chat and any contact details you choose to provide there.
- Limited technical security data generated when the server receives a request, such as time, requested page, browser information, and a shortened or otherwise minimised network address.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, private keys, account credentials, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive data through forms or chat.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to answer requests, route inquiries to the appropriate team, provide requested updates, maintain the security and reliability of the website, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. Where applicable, processing is based on taking steps at your request, legitimate business and security interests, consent, or legal obligations.
AI-assisted support
The live-support feature uses an AI service to prepare replies. Chat messages may therefore be processed by an AI service provider. Automated replies can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as financial, investment, legal, compliance, or account-specific advice. Requests requiring human attention may be forwarded by email to the C RHYNE team.
Service providers and transfers
We use infrastructure, email, security, and AI service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries. They may process data on our behalf in countries other than yours. We disclose information when necessary to provide the requested service, protect the website, comply with law, or complete a business reorganisation; we do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above, to resolve an open request, maintain security records, or meet legal obligations. We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and tracking
The public website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The support widget creates a temporary session identifier in the open browser page so messages can remain connected during that visit. The server may maintain short-lived security counters to limit abusive requests.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a copy of personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where those rights apply. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Changes
We may update this notice when the website or our handling practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
